Reservation and Payment:

1. To secure a reservation at Wavy Days, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and secured.
2. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the hostel, in cash (€ or MAD accepted).
3. Failure to pay the full balance upon arrival may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds:

To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required.
This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot and helps us prepare for your arrival. If you cancel:

1. More than 30 days before arrival: You won’t be charged the remaining balance.
2. Less than 30 days before arrival: The full amount is due and will be charged.
3. No-shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.
4. We understand that plans can change — in some cases, we’re happy to offer a credit for a future stay, depending on availability and notice.

Check-in and Check-out:

1. Check-in time is from 2pm onwards.
2. Check-out time is before 11am.
3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Hostel Rules and Conduct:

1. Guests are expected to respect other guests and staff members, maintaining a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
2. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm to 9am.
3. Any behavior that disturbs the peace or causes harm to others may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Liability

1. The surf hostel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
2. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being while participating in any activities organized by the hostel.

Health and Safety:

1. Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance that covers any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during their stay.
2. It is the responsibility of guests to inform the hostel staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may require special attention.

Changes and Modifications:

1. The surf hostel reserves the right to make changes or modifications to the terms and conditions without prior notice.
2. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the hostel’s website or notifying guests directly.

Photo & Video policy:

1. During your stay, photos and videos may be taken and used for commercial purposes (e.g. website, social media, or promotional materials).
2. If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please inform the organizers in advance.

Surfing & Weather:

1. In the event of unfavorable weather or unsatisfactory surfing conditons, Wavy Days and its operators cannot be held responsible and guests have no grounds for compensation.
